There is no objection to the organization's employees communicating via text messages if it is limited to work-related matters and its organization. As for private messages between the sexes, the default is to prohibit them due to the corrupting influences that result from them, unless they are sent to everyone, in which case there is no objection as these corrupting influences would be absent.
