What is the significance of the abundance of flies inside and around the grave after burial?

There is no indication for this matter. One must think well of deceased Muslims, supplicate for Allah's mercy upon them, and seek forgiveness for them after burial, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Ask forgiveness for your brother and ask for him to be granted firmness."
