Are continuous vaginal discharges nullifiers of ablution, and is not renewing ablution due to external circumstances considered a sin?

Vaginal discharge from a woman invalidates ablution (wudu') according to the majority of scholars, and it is considered pure (tahir) according to the more preponderant opinion. If this discharge exits, ablution is invalidated, and one must repeat ablution for prayer. Whoever prays without ablution while knowing the ruling has committed a great sin and must make up those prayers. If the discharge is not continuous and stops for a period sufficient for purification and prayer, then the woman is not excused. However, if the discharge is continuous, then the woman is afflicted with سلس (urinary incontinence/chronic discharge), and she should perform ablution for each prayer after its time has entered and pray with that ablution both obligatory and supererogatory prayers.
