How sound is this statement: "With every sneeze, your sins depart"?

We have not come across the aforementioned saying in the references. However, it is narrated in Sunan al-Tirmidhi from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Sneezing is from Allah, and yawning is from Satan. So if one of you yawns, let him place his hand over his mouth. And if he says 'Ah, ah,' then Satan laughs at his insides. Indeed, Allah loves sneezing and dislikes yawning."
