Is it permissible to bid in a tender on behalf of a private company without the knowledge of the current company I work for, knowing that I will be the one to set the pricing for both companies?

It is permissible to establish a private company with a partner, provided that it does not conflict with the official working hours of the original job. It is not permissible to participate in tenders as a competitor to the employer and the private company except after informing the employer. Otherwise, the accusation of not fully pursuing the employer's interest remains. This accusation is negated by the employer's approval or by another person undertaking the submission to the employer.
