Is it permissible to pray Witr while the Fajr Adhan is being called?

It is permissible to pray Witr during the Adhan of Fajr for those who were unable to perform it before then. It is preferable for the Muslim to repeat the Adhan, then send blessings upon the Prophet and ask Allah to grant him the Wasilah, and then pray Witr. The time for Witr is between Isha and the emergence of Fajr. If one misses it, they can pray it as a make-up prayer between the emergence of Fajr and the Fajr prayer. One should be keen to pray it within its prescribed time. If one is confident in waking up in the last part of the night, they should delay it; otherwise, they should pray it before sleeping.
