Is the husband considered unjust or compliant with Sharia if he divorced his wife after her repeated departures without his permission, and on the last occasion she took their son and all the furniture with her?

A wife leaving her husband's house without his permission for a matter that can be dispensed with is considered nushooz (disobedience/rebellion). Allah Almighty has clarified the ruling on nushooz by saying: "As for those from whom you fear nushooz, admonish them, forsake them in beds, and strike them." Therefore, the husband should admonish his wife by reminding her of Allah's punishment, forsake her in bed, and strike her with a non-injurious strike. If these measures do not work and ill-treatment and disputes persist, and righteous people are unable to reconcile between them, divorce becomes permissible to remove the harm. As for the wife leaving for an indispensable matter, such as medical treatment, it is not considered nushooz.
