There is no objection to the heirs dividing the inheritance among themselves in a way they mutually agree upon, even if it differs from the Sharia-compliant division, provided that anyone who suffers a significant injustice is an adult of sound mind. The consent of minors to less than their Sharia-mandated shares is not valid.
