What is the ruling on one who swears falsely while fasting and on a Friday, and what is the destiny of one who deals with magic, opposes the Ahl al-Bayt, and refuses to leave?

Sorcery is disbelief, and its practitioner is a disbeliever whose destiny is Hellfire if he does not repent, as indicated by the verse: {And they followed what the devils recited during the reign of Solomon. And Solomon did not disbelieve, but the devils disbelieved, teaching people magic} [Al-Baqarah: 102]. The punishment for a sorcerer is execution, and only the ruler can carry it out. One must be cautious about accusing anyone of sorcery because it is an accusation of disbelief, and the Hadith states: "Any man who says to his brother, 'O disbeliever,' one of them will have committed it." Swearing a false oath is forbidden and considered a 'ghamus' oath (a plunging oath that immerses one in sin), and its prohibition is even greater during virtuous times. Removing a female relative from the house is permissible if she causes harm, but it is better to forgive and respond to ill-treatment with kindness.
