What is the meaning of "disbelief in every religion except Islam"? And does it only mean disbelief in distorted religions, or does it include man-made religions? And what is the duty towards other laws and the true religions that were revealed to the prophets?

Allah has made it obligatory for believers to believe in all prophets, messengers, and heavenly books, and that the only accepted religion is Islam. All prophets came with Islam, which is the singular worship of Allah and belief in what came from Him. The previous laws are of three types: those that have been altered and changed (which must be disbelieved in), those that have been abrogated by our law (it must be believed that acting upon them is invalid), and those that have not been distorted and are not contradicted by anything in our law (most scholars believe they can be acted upon). It is obligatory to believe that the law of Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, abrogated all previous laws, and no religion remains by which Allah is worshipped except it. Whoever does not believe in it is an infidel destined for Hellfire.
