Is "A Muslim is one from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe" an authentic hadith?

The aforementioned Hadith is authentic, and it was narrated by Al-Bukhari, Muslim, and others with different wordings. Its wording in Sahih Al-Bukhari, on the authority of Abdullah ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with both of them), from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), states: "A Muslim is he from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe, and a Muhajir (emigrant) is he who abandons what Allah has forbidden."
