What is the ruling on speaking the Quran as if the work manager were to say: "Go with this book of mine and cast it to them"?

"Tamatul" or "Iqtibas" is the incorporation of something from the Qur'an or Hadith into speech without explicit attribution to Allah or His Messenger, with slight permissible alteration. Later scholars differed on this, some being strict and others permitting it. The preponderant opinion is that it is permissible, except in jest or in matters Allah attributes to Himself, due to its occurrence from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and the early Muslims (Salaf). Although it is well-known that the Malikis prohibited it, the correct view is that it is permissible according to them, as well as the Shafi'is and others. It is accepted in sermons, admonitions, and covenants. It is permissible in speech, letters, and stories. However, it is rejected if it is attributed to Allah and then transferred to oneself, or if it is used in a humorous sense.
