Incorporating words and verses from the Holy Quran into poetry and prose is called iqtibas (quotation) or tadmeen (inclusion). This is permissible and good if it is for purposes that align with the Quran's intent, such as admonition or inviting people to Islam, or like including it in poetry with the intention of praising the Sharia and exalting its adherents. However, using it for purposes other than these is impermissible, such as including it in corrupt speech or the books of innovators.
