What is the ruling on the two verses: "Persevere in prayer upon the Prophet Muhammad, for its acceptance is certain, without doubt. Our deeds waver between acceptance and rejection, except for prayer upon the Prophet Muhammad," and is it permissible to cite them?

Urging people to send blessings upon the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, is required, and what has been established in the texts of the two revelations regarding its encouragement is sufficient. We do not know of any scholar who said that prayer is accepted unconditionally, nor is there any evidence that removes it from the generality of proofs that stipulate sincerity and adherence to the Sunnah for the acceptance of deeds. If it is mixed with ostentation or innovation, it is rejected and returned to its doer. Therefore, what was said in the two verses is incorrect and cannot be used as evidence.
