Is university housing considered among the homes of women that God commanded them to abide in, or is that considered leaving their home and disobeying God’s command?

It is best for a woman to remain in her home, but her going out for a permissible purpose is allowed if it does not involve any disobedience [to Allah]. Thus, there is no harm for a woman to reside in university housing far from her city if she is safe therein and observes the religious rulings and manners.
