Does Allah punish a servant for his sins by depriving him of sustenance and blessings, especially if the servant repents, seeks forgiveness, and turns back to Allah, then repeatedly returns to the same sin, and is supplicating for twins before marriage considered an exaggeration in prayer?

If a servant commits a sin and dies without repentance, then his matter is under the will of Allah. However, if he repents with a sincere repentance, Allah accepts it, rejoices in it, and forgives him. The servant must strive in repentance and not return to sin. If he falls into it again, he must renew his repentance and not despair, for repeating repentance is better than abandoning it. There is no objection to praying for twin offspring before marriage.
