A husband's intimacy with his wife is permissible, and the pregnancy resulting from it is legally attributed to him. The husband has the right to divorce his wife if she smokes and does not respond to his prohibition, because smoking is a sin and an injustice to oneself and others, and it may negatively affect children, both health-wise and morally. A husband who divorces his wife for not obeying his command to obey Allah is not blameworthy, neither religiously nor customarily.
