What is the meaning of "لا جرم" and its origin from which it was derived, in His saying, the Most High: "No doubt, for them is the Fire, and indeed, they are [to be] neglected"?

The meaning of "la jarama" (لا جرم) is "undoubtedly," "without a doubt," or "it is true and obligatory." It is a word meaning "inevitably," and its origin is from "jarama" (جرم), which means "to earn" or "to acquire." So, it is as if the meaning is: that will not benefit them, for it has earned them loss. Some interpret it as a rebuttal to the disbelievers regarding their false assumption that evil would be averted from them. It may also mean "no hindrance or prevention." And it is said that it means "no cutting off," implying that they reached a level of loss that no one else could reach.
