The answer

Repentance from every sin is accepted if it fulfills its conditions. No matter how great a servant's sin may be, Allah accepts his repentance if it is sincere repentance, in accordance with His (the Almighty's) saying: "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.'" And His saying: "And it is He who accepts repentance from His servants and pardons misdeeds." So, repentance is accepted for any sin as long as it fulfills its conditions: abstaining from the sin, resolving not to return to it, regretting having committed it, and that it be before the death rattle.
