What is the ruling on leaving a spider's web in the house, given that it returns every time it is removed?

We ask Allah to have mercy on your uncle and to grant you solace in your bereavement. The presence of spiders in the house does not affect the state of the deceased, but the house should be cleaned of them as some might be venomous.
