What is the ruling on keeping a beard for someone who is accused of belonging to ISIS because of it?

If one strongly believes that growing a beard will cause unbearable harm, such as torture, displacement, imprisonment, or death, then it is permissible for him to shave it, provided he knows that nothing short of shaving will avert the harm from him.
