What is the ruling on those who commit acts of violence and vandalism in Egypt? Is this considered "spreading corruption in the land"? And is it permissible to pray for their destruction?

Corruption, destruction, and transgressing against lives, properties, and honors are great sins and grave injustices. Allah does not love corruption and has forbidden obedience to those who spread corruption in the land and destroy crops and progeny. The hypocrites claim to be reformers, yet they are the corrupters. Their corruption encompasses actions that corrupt society, such as spreading gossip, inciting discord, stirring up factions against Muslims, removing beneficial things, and corrupting systems. The danger of corruption increases if it occurs after reform. It is permissible to supplicate against the corrupters using a comprehensive formula.
