The answer

It is forbidden for a Muslim woman to remove her hijab for the sake of studying, and it is not permissible for her to obey her father in this regard, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "There is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator." And his saying: "There is no obedience in disobedience to Allah; obedience is only in what is good." The father must fear Allah and be keen on his daughter's hijab. Allah has promised whoever fears Him that He will provide a way out for him, sustain him from where he does not expect, and make his affairs easy for him. If her going to school results in her unveiling and abandoning her hijab, then she should not go to it.
