Is saying "Nothing" when someone asks you the reason for your anger considered a lie, if the intention is not to tell them?

Lying is forbidden except out of necessity or need, within the narrowest limits. A Muslim can resort to allusions (ma'arid) if they do not wish to state the truth, as they provide a way out of lying. And saying "there is nothing" with the intention that there is nothing worth mentioning or reporting is not considered lying, because it is among the permissible allusions.
