What is the ruling on one who did not shave his hair out of ignorance of the ruling, and has already put on his clothes?

The person who performed 'Umrah and wore his clothes out of forgetfulness or ignorance before shaving or shortening his hair, must immediately remove the clothes and shave or shorten his hair. There is no penalty for what he committed in terms of prohibitions due to ignorance or forgetfulness. However, he must repent for his shortcoming in learning the rulings of his religion.
