What is said when a baby is born, and when is it recommended to perform the Adhan and Iqamah? Is it permissible to name him Idris? Is it permissible for the family to take responsibility for the Aqiqah in Islamic countries?

There is no specific supplication (dua) upon the birth of a newborn. However, it is recommended to recite the adhan (call to prayer) into the baby's right ear only.

Naming the child with the names of prophets, such as Idris, is recommended.

It is permissible to appoint someone to act on your behalf in performing the aqiqah (sacrifice for a newborn), especially if the other country is poorer.

The aqiqah is a confirmed Sunnah (practice of the Prophet) and not an obligation according to the majority of scholars.
