Does reading and completing the Qur’an via computer, at the workplace, bring the same reward as reading from the Mus'haf, while avoiding showing it to employees for fear of ostentation or neglecting work?

There is no difference between reading the Quran from a computer or from a Mushaf (physical copy of the Quran). It is permissible for an employee to read the Quran at work during free time, provided that it does not affect their performance, and they will receive reward for it. However, if reading affects the work, it is not permissible, because performing the obligatory work takes precedence over reading the Quran, which is a supererogatory act. If the reading does not distract from work, then there is no harm in it.
