Is the repentance of the spouses accepted after aborting the fetus in its fifth month based on the doctor's advice, and what is incumbent upon them if they are unable to pay the blood money to their other two children?

Repentance is easy for every sin, and Allah forgives all sins. The blood money (diyah) is obligatory upon the one who directly performed the abortion, not upon the one who assisted in it. The diyah is one-tenth of the mother's diyah, and it is paid to the heirs of the fetus, excluding the killer. It is waived if the heirs pardon. If the woman aborts the fetus with her husband's permission, there is no diyah on her 'aqilah (male relatives responsible for paying blood money). However, if she does so without his permission, the diyah becomes obligatory on her 'aqilah.
