I want the interpretation of verse 3 from Surat An-Nisa?

The third verse of Surat An-Nisa (The Women), which is: "And if you fear that you will not deal justly with the orphan girls, then marry those that please you of [other] women, two or three or four. But if you fear that you will not be just, then [marry only] one or those your right hand possesses. That is [more] suitable that you may not incline [to injustice]," explains the ruling on a man marrying an orphan girl under his guardianship. If he fears that he will not give her a dowry befitting her status, Allah commands him to marry other women, two, three, or four, as long as he does not fear injustice. If he fears injustice, then he should marry only one or those his right hand possesses, because that is closer to avoiding injustice. Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, narrated that the verse was revealed concerning the orphan girl who is under the guardianship of her guardian, and he is pleased with her wealth and beauty. He desires to marry her without being just in her dowry. So, they were forbidden from doing so except with justice, and they were commanded to marry other women instead.
