Is it permissible to establish a supply company that purchases goods after receiving a purchase order and then supplies them at a predetermined price, taking into account the possibility that the purchase may not be completed, and is the commission paid by some companies to procurement officers considered a bribe?

There is no objection to establishing a supply company, provided that Islamic legal controls are observed in its transactions, such as the condition of owning a commodity before selling it. However, paying gratuities to purchasing managers to secure a bid for the payer is prohibited bribery, and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the briber and the bribed.
