Is the water that appeared in the Sultanate of Oman curative, and how sound is the claim that it appeared from a drain?

We have no knowledge of this water. If it comes out of a drain, it is not permissible to seek healing with it due to its impurity. If it does not come out of a drain, then the matter is referred to specialists. If it is proven to have medicinal properties, then there is no harm in seeking healing with it; otherwise, no. If its owner holds a corrupt belief, that is even more dangerous to his religion.
