The answer

The president is a guardian of the institution's interests, and it is not permissible for him to breach his responsibility or neglect his duties, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "Any servant whom Allah entrusts with a flock, and he dies on the day he dies while he was deceitful to his flock, Allah will forbid Paradise for him." And due to the saying of Allah the Almighty: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts." Furthermore, mocking others is prohibited, due to the saying of Allah the Almighty: "O you who have believed, let not a people ridicule [another] people; perhaps they may be better than them." Therefore, the president must be advised to abandon his current conduct, and if the advice is not effective, the general manager must be informed.
