Is it mentioned in the noble Hadith: "all the limbs vied with each other for it" instead of "the entire body vied with each other for it"?

The aforementioned Hadith was narrated by Muslim, Ahmad, and others with the wording: "The rest of the body responds to it with sleeplessness and fever." In some narrations, it appears with the wording: "the rest of the limbs," as found in Abu Nu'aym's Kitab al-Tibb al-Nabawi and Abu Abd al-Rahman al-Sulami's Adab al-Suhbah.
