What is the legal interpretation of abundant flatulence occurring only after ablution, despite it being a genuine physical issue and not merely a delusion?

The emission of gas (flatulence) is often related to food or health conditions, and it is advisable to consult a doctor.

What a person feels regarding the emission of gas falls into one of three categories: 1. Merely a feeling that has not reached certainty: One should not pay attention to it and should continue praying. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "If one of you feels something in his stomach and is unsure whether something came out of him or not, he should not leave the mosque until he hears a sound or finds a smell." 2. Certainty of gas emission, but it does not recur in a way that prevents finding enough time for prayer with proper purification: Both ablution and prayer are invalidated, based on the Prophet's saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "Allah does not accept the prayer of any of you if he passes wind until he performs ablution." 3. Certainty of gas emission and its recurrence, such that one cannot find time for prayer with ablution without gas being emitted: The person is considered afflicted with chronic flatulence ( سلس الريح), and the rulings for those with excuses (ma'dhur) apply to him.
