Are the husband's duties limited to financial support, given his neglect of his first wife and children, his pre-marital display of commitment, his refusal to have children, and his failure to perform prayers in the mosque except for Friday prayer?

Thirdly: His unwillingness to have children: This is not his right, as procreation is a shared right between spouses, and neither of them has the right to prevent it without a legitimate excuse.

Fourthly: His neglect of the rights of his other wife and child: He must be just between his two wives and take care of his children and guide them well.

The advice for the wife is to be patient with him, advise him kindly, pray for his righteousness, and rely on Allah for the future.
