What is the legal ruling on throwing a harmful donkey into a well after severely beating it?

It is permissible to strike a donkey in a way that allows for its utilization, such as riding it. However, tormenting it or striking it unnecessarily is an act of injustice, for kindness is obligatory towards everything, even animals. Killing an animal unjustly or assaulting it is forbidden by Islamic law. The woman who struck the donkey and threw it into the well committed an act of injustice and aggression, from which she must repent and seek forgiveness, as must the woman who advised her to do so. She must also compensate for the donkey if it belonged to someone else. The harm caused by a donkey can be avoided by tying it up, confining it, or moving it away from the farm.
