For a husband, where does marital infidelity, or adultery, begin?

Adultery is one of the most heinous sins and greatest major transgressions that incur Allah's wrath. The punishment for a married adulterer is stoning to death. Islamic law has forbidden everything that leads to adultery, such as unlawful seclusion and uncontrolled gazing, and has commanded the hijab and lowering the gaze. Among the greatest means of protection from indecency is sincere devotion to Allah and seeking His help.
