What should a woman do now whose first waiting period was invalid, and who did not observe a waiting period for her second divorce while she was pregnant?

A woman whose husband has died must observe a mourning period (iddah) of four months and ten days. She is permitted to go out during the day for a necessity and to speak with non-mahram men in accordance with Sharia guidelines. Her mourning is not invalidated by going to prison or speaking with men. If she intentionally abandons the mourning period, she must repent, but she is not required to repeat it. Her waiting period (iddah) from the divorce from the other husband ends with the miscarriage of her pregnancy if it occurred after eighty days or more; otherwise, the iddah ends after three menstrual cycles following the cessation of the miscarriage bleeding. If a woman miscarries her fetus without necessity, she must repent and pay the diyah (blood money) for the fetus (a ghurrah - a male or female slave), if she herself performed the abortion. If someone else performed the abortion on her, then that person owes the ghurrah.
