Must I make up a prayer if I prayed it during the call to prayer?
A man must answer the call to prayer with the congregation unless he has an excuse. If he prays alone due to an excuse, he does not have to repeat the prayer, unless he finds a congregation, in which case it is desirable for him to repeat it with them. It is disliked to begin the prayer immediately after the Adhan, because the Adhan is for informing about the entry of the time, and doing so misses the virtue of following the Adhan and supplicating after it. However, if one prays during the Adhan, his prayer is valid and he does not have to repeat it because the time has entered, and "the muezzin is entrusted."
