What the husband mentioned is asking for is forbidden, and its perpetrator is cursed. His actions of foreplay are also forbidden, and the wife must not enable him to do so. It is not permissible to spy on him. It is better to advise him and remind him of the impermissibility of his act, and to present the referred to.
