A woman's hair is considered 'awrah (that which must be covered), and it is not permissible for her to uncover it before men. It is not permissible to remove the hijab to obtain a study visa, as the quality of education is not an excuse or a necessity that permits this. One must fear Allah and adhere to the Sacred Law.
