Does the wife's deferred dower of 300 mithqals of gold enter into the inheritance, and if so, is it calculated at the price of 1981 or the price of 2010, and is the monthly maintenance pledged to the mother that was not paid considered a debt to be settled from the inheritance?

The deferred mahr (dowry) is a debt owed by the husband, and it is paid from the estate before its distribution. It has no relation to inheritance. It is paid according to the amount of gold agreed upon, or its value on the day of payment. As for the maintenance (nafaqa) obligatory upon the father, it is also paid from the estate before distribution, if it was due and he did not pay it, and another party, not acting gratuitously, bore it. The maintenance must be reasonable (bil-ma'ruf), and it ceases if the child is capable of earning or possesses wealth. It is preferable for these complex issues to be referred to the Sharia court.
