The answer

What the father left behind, including shares and other assets, enters into theinheritance and is divided according to Islamic law. The profits from permissible shares are to be distributed among the heirs according to the division of inheritance, and it is not permissible for the agent to monopolize them.

If the heirs agree to retain the shares or to appoint one of them to manage them and distribute their profits according to their inheritance, then they are permitted to do so.

It is not permissible to invest in companies that deal in prohibited matters, such as usury. Whoever is afflicted with such investments must withdraw from them and dispose of the forbidden portion. If one dies before disposing of them, then the heirs must do so before dividing the inheritance.

A list of permissible shares has been provided, and the shares of the Public Transport Company are permissible. As for SABIC and Southern Cement, they are not among the pure shares.
