Is it possible to send a written lesson on instilling hope and fear (al-Targhib wa al-Tarhib) for general benefit?

The most eloquent admonition and advice are found in the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. And he whom revelation does not admonish has a sick heart. The verses of the Book of Allah are described as that by which "the skins of those who fear their Lord shiver, then their skins and their hearts soften to the remembrance of Allah." A Muslim should read the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger and reflect upon them with understanding and awareness to be admonished. Scholars have authored books on admonition and remembrance, such as: "Al-Takhweef min Al-Nar" by Ibn Rajab, "Hadi Al-Arwah" and "Tareeq Al-Hijratayn" by Ibn Al-Qayyim, "Al-Kaba'ir" by Al-Dhahabi, "Riyadh Al-Saliheen" by Al-Nawawi, and "Al-Targhib wal Tarheeb" by Al-Munthiri.
