What is the ruling on participating in the establishment of a media training center where men and women participate together, given the difficulty of separating them?

The mixing of men and women in study and work is forbidden. Therefore, it is not permissible to establish a mixed media training center. Men and women must be separated within it. If it is highly probable that women will train to work in forbidden fields, then it is not permissible to enroll them in the center, due to the Almighty's saying: (And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression), and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: (Whoever calls to misguidance will have a sin similar to the sins of those who follow him), and (Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it).
