Is ghusl or cleaning and wudu necessary before every prayer due to recurrent genital infections?

What doctors know is that infections cause discharge to exit from the uterus, not from the urinary opening. This discharge is known as the wetness of a woman's private parts. It is not maniy (seminal fluid) that necessitates ghusl (ritual bath), but it does invalidate wudu' (ablution) according to the general consensus of scholars. The fatwa issued is that it is pure, and washing whatever of it gets on clothes is more cautious.
