Is the Throne of the Most Merciful above the Kaaba or in line with it, and what is the meaning of the word "حِيَال" (in line with)?

Al-Bayt al-Ma'mur is located in the seventh heaven. It is parallel to the Kaaba and directly above it. Every day, seventy thousand angels enter it.
