Is it permissible for me to leave before the Imam finishes the Tarawih prayer due to a work appointment?

Pray as much of the Tarawih prayer in congregation as you are able. There is no harm in leaving after two, four, or six rak'ahs and completing the prayer at home, performing the Witr prayer last. If you find a mosque that prays early and you are able to complete the prayer with them and then go to work, that is better, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever prays with the Imam until he departs, it will be recorded for him as if he prayed the entire night."
