Is the prayer of one who suffers from flatulence and finds it difficult to maintain concentration and stand still accepted? Is this difficulty considered a punishment from Allah? And does her situation fall under the ruling for those with valid excuses?

First: If it is merely a whisper (waswasa), do not pay attention to it or give it any heed. Do not conclude that something has exited unless you have absolute certainty.

Second: Minor movement during prayer does not harm or affect its validity.

Third: If you are continuously afflicted by impurity (hadath (definition)), then you are among those with an excuse. Perform ablution (wudu') after the time for prayer begins, and pray your obligatory (fard) and voluntary (nawafil) prayers with that ablution until the time expires, and do not be concerned by what exits from you.
