Is it permissible for men to wear full tights (leggings), and is that considered imitating women?

The prohibited imitation of women occurs in matters specific to them, such as postures, attributes, clothing, and types of adornment. However, there is no harm in matters common to both genders. Therefore, if in the questioner's country "kulon" (tights/pantyhose) is used only by women, then it is not permissible for men to wear it. But if it is commonly used by both genders, then there is no objection to wearing it.
